A FETE WORSE THAN DEATH
A happy summer's day and a typically English village fete. Children laughing, the sun
shining and cool beers quaffed in the ale tent.
Yet there are dark shadows, even on the most pleasant of days and, for one man,
the village policeman, this day will end in a brutal attack and a life lost.
Who could possibly have had a reason to commit this heinous crime?
